Hong Kong Bouldering Gym

12:39

You want to workout but you don’t fancy going to the gym or being outdoors in the heat, then you can consider bouldering!
Great activity to go alone or with a couple of friends, I didn’t get into bouldering until last year some time out of curiosity to see what it’s all about. I don’t go as often as I would love to because the price is something you may have to consider however it is a great way to build strength whilst having fun!

My first day visiting JustClimb I was with 2 of my friends, we had booked an introduction lesson where we were coached for 1 hour, we were taught how to warm up our bodies in preparation before the climb, how to climb, safety and how the labeling system worked. The staffs’ English abilities are basic nonetheless they are very attentive and friendly.
There are classes for children too!
